Vision

Domain specific data is treated like some exotic beast that needs special tools, special formats, and special vendors. Geospatial imagery, medical scans, genomic data, or CAD models. Each industry builds its own walled garden and calls it progress.

We don't buy it.

Rasteret started because we were tired of waiting for GDAL to spit out pixels. Terrafloww platform exists because we wanted to make your data on S3 bucket streamed to your users without needing much handholding, and be billed transparently, all without copying data.

We are trying to build standards that don't suck. Protocols that work across industries. Tools that reduce the time from "I have data" to "I have answers" from weeks to minutes. We are working towards using A2P and ACP protocols for complex domain specific data.

Today it's satellite imagery. Tomorrow it's time series from IoT sensors, bioengineering datasets, CAD models for manufacturing. The barrier shouldn't be data access. The barrier should be your imagination.

Every hour a data scientist spends debugging S3 permissions is an hour they're not solving cancer, predicting floods, or designing better batteries.

No gatekeepers. No downloads. Just data that flowws.
